Additional beds on enquiry, heating on demand.
Prices include bedclothes, bath and hand towels. Changing of clothes once per week. Beach towels are not included, could be borrowed for value.
Prices include usage of the breakfast kitchen and fireside lounge with satellite TV.
Rich Tuscan breakfast brunch on demand.

Terms of hire
Booking is possible written or by telephone. After receiving the booking confirmation a 30% (of the total) commission has to be paid to firmly book the apartment/room. Please pay the remaining amount two weeks prior commencement of travel.
A rescission from reservation has to be written, the commission forfeits and following cancellation charges will be charged:
15 - 21 days prior commencement = 50% of total
8 - 14 days = 75%
1 - 7 days = 100%
The rental objects are available from 4 pm, departure until 10 am. If any damages occure during the rental period they have to be reported to the lessor and if necessary refunded.
The charge for cleaning does not include cleaning of the kitchen (including the dishes and cutlery). These have to be handed over cleaned.
